Our office opens at 8:30 AM, and the day kicks off with responding to emails and checking bookings. We update existing reservations, making sure to catch any required extensions and changes throughout the day.
After handling the initial rush, we arrange any deliveries needed for that day. Then, it's time for a quick coffee and a catch-up between customers.
This week, we had some cars that needed MOTs and services, so staying on top of these tasks and booking them in is crucial. We've also implemented a new payment system, providing a secure link for customers to secure their bookings. This has been a roaring success.
As we head into the busy summer months, we've upgraded and replaced some of our vehicles and increased our automatic fleet to better serve our customers.
Cars are refuelled and washed, ready for the next customers, all done in between serving our current customers. It's a fun flexible working day.
I especially enjoy the customer interactions & stories that our customers share with us.
