If your plans change we'll process your refund in under 48 hours. All rentals booked with us can be cancelled up until 48 hours before collecting. WE-Rental offer you a clean & safety checked car for your journey. We check & log damage with pictures for full transparency & as often as we can will accompany you to your rental car & check over it together. This is not always possible so please ensure you check it yourself & report any issues before you drive off.

We are committed to providing car hire with no hidden fees and full transparency. We also ensure that our customers are offered all of the different car hire excess insurance options, along with a full, easy to understand, explanation of the security deposit and excess deposit requirements.

We have an excellent insurance policy to cover you when you’re on the road with us. All cars have fully comprehensive cover as standard with an excess of £800. We have an emergency number to call in the event something happens & you will be given this number when you rent a car from us.
COVID-19 care.
We have sanitiser & masks on all staff when you come into the branch. We currently only allow 1 family at a time into the office for your safety & that of our staff. We sanitise the rental car & have a more rigorous cleaning policy in place. We offer wipes in the branch so you too can wipe down the surfaces for a little extra peace of mind before you take off.Due to the ever changing times we face with Covid we would advise that we will try to keep you updated but if you’re in doubt give us a call.
We have vehicles to suit all requirements. Including small cars such as the Honda Jazz, the medium Honda Civic or larger Honda HR-V and CR-V. If you require a minibus we have vehicles such as the Volkswagen Caravelle. Or if it is a van you need you can chose a MWB Ford Transit.

*Drivers 22-24 have a basic excess + £400 young drivers excess in the event of an accident. Drivers must have held a licence for at least 2 years.

Driving Licence & Proof of address Requirements
FVL UK driving licence photo card of all drivers will continue to be a requirement on each occasion you rent a car or van from us. 2 Additional forms of identification are required.

  • Credit card or bank card.
  • Recent utility bill (gas, electricity, water or landline phone) or Council tax bill.
  • Recent credit card or bank statement.
  • Recent Building Society or Credit Union statement.
  • Tenancy agreement from a known agency.

All drivers must supply a share code and give consent. Drivers can visit the below link & authorise this up to 21 days in advance. https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
Our standard deposit is £200 on top of your rental charge so please ensure you have this on your card before you come to pick up the rental car.
A full and clean valid driving licence must have been held for a minimum of 2 years for drivers 22-24 years of age. Drivers 25 & over must have held their fvl for 12 months.

Traveling abroad:
Procedure for a green card & prior to authorisation being granted.
We will require the following:
  • A deposit of £500
  • An admin & recovery fee £200
  • Date of Travel
  • Vehicle type required
  • Name & ages of all drivers
  • Countries you wish to visit
  • All above T&C as standard.
